I hated cloud subscriptions. If you're like me and want to backup photos and videos to your computer without iCloud, you've come to the right place. What you need is this: SanDisk iXpand Flash Drive Go for iPhone and iPad.
All you have to do is connect it to your iPhone, download the SanDisk app, and move the media to the Flash Drive. Then connect it to your computer via USB and move it over. Simple, no iCloud subscription required.
